通过球磨工艺制备玻璃/硅胶复合光扩散微粉,进行平均粒度、XRD、SEM分析并测试反射率。结果表明,随着球磨时间的延长,复合粉的平均粒径降低,XRD弥散衍射峰稍微变宽,反射率降低;随着复合粉中玻璃含量的增大,平均粒径降低,XRD弥散衍射峰增宽,吸收率增高;通过改变玻璃/硅胶的配比,可在一定范围内调整反射性能。
The glass / silica composite light diffusion powder was prepared by ball milling process, and the average particle size, XRD and SEM were analyzed and the reflectivity was tested. The results showed that the average grain size of composite powders decreased with the increase of ball milling time, the XRD diffraction peaks slightly broadened and the reflectivity decreased. With the increase of glass content in composite powders, the average particle size decreased. The XRD diffraction peaks Broaden the absorption rate increased; by changing the glass / silica gel ratio, can be adjusted within a certain range of reflection properties.
