疟疾是危害人类健康最严重的疾病之一。近十年来,随着杀虫药剂的广泛应用,传疟媒介耐药株已由几种发展到20余种,并且分布很广,因此,人們更加傾向于重視疟疾的化学治疗药物。然而不少重要的抗疟药物如乙氨嘧啶(pyrimethamine)、氯胍等也容易产生耐药性,对于氯喹啉的耐药性也屡有报导。因而在抗疟药方面研究現有药物的合理使用、寻找新药等工作仍很重要。
Malaria is one of the most dangerous diseases that endanger human health. In the past decade, with the wide application of insecticide, malaria-resistant drug-resistant strains have been developed from several species to more than 20 species and distributed widely. Therefore, people are more inclined to pay more attention to malaria chemotherapy drugs. However, many important antimalarial drugs, such as pyrimethamine and proguanil, are also susceptible to drug resistance. Drug resistance to chloroquine is also frequently reported. Therefore, it is still very important to study the rational use of existing drugs in anti-malarial drugs and find new drugs.
