1 前言粉体喷射搅拌法(简称粉喷法)是将水泥、石灰粉等干粉用压缩空气输送到软土地基中,与地基土强行拌合,使粉料与软土充分发生物理化学反应,形成坚硬、连续、水稳性的柱状体。该技术起源于瑞典,1967年开始研究,1974年取得专利,因以石灰粉为固化材料,故称石灰柱法。相继日本引进这项技术,发展迅速,研制了专用设备,加固深度可达30m、直径0.8~1.0m,广泛用于抗滑、地基加固、护坡等工程,到1985年已加固土方120万m~3。
