借用修正伽利略准数 Ga′判别法 ,采用密度为 990kg m3、直径为 3~ 4mm的粒子进行了模拟平面射流夹带石灰粉剂在铁水中流动行为的实验研究 ,结果表明造成一个合理的流场对粒子的停滞时间至关重要 ,并给出了最佳工艺结构组合 ,这为平面射流连续反应器在应用时的结构与工艺参数的确定提供了重要依据。
By using the modified Galilean quasi- Ga ’s discriminant method, the experimental study on the flow behavior of planar jet-entrained lime dust in molten iron was carried out with 990 kg m3 and 3 ~ 4 mm diameter particles. The results show that a reasonable flow field has the effect on the particle The stagnant time is crucial, and the best combination of process structure is given. This provides an important basis for the determination of the structure and process parameters of the continuous jet reactor.
