硝硫氰胺是抗血吸虫病的口服新药,近年已大批投产,并研制了各种不同剂型试用于临床。由于剂型选择不当可影响药物疗效,我们对四川医学院研制的本品微囊剂型进行了动物实验和临床观察,取得了满意效果。本剂型系采用邻苯二甲酸醋酸纤维素为囊材,将硝硫氰胺进行单凝聚包囊,再制成片剂。它既可防止微粉聚结,提高药物的稳定性,又可延缓药物释放。为了考查这种剂型在长期存放后疗效是否稳定.我们把同一批号的本品微囊片剂存放不同时间,在不同贮存条件下,再用于
