目前,人们正借助对许多分离技术进行理论和试验研究而不断地从事小型油—水分离器分离与设计方法的开发与研究。本文通过试验分析得知:板式分离法适合于脱除直径大约为50μm或较大的油滴,但对直径较小的油滴不起作用;在多孔介质中,用气浮法或油聚法可脱除部分直径较小油滴。同时,文章还着重对如何把气浮法或油聚法与离心分离法结合起来以便设计出新型分离器进行了理论分析。所设计的两种新型分离器分别为溶气旋转浮选器和多孔介质旋转聚结器。这两种分离器具有体积小和分离效率高等优点,十分适合于在滩海采油平台上进行油、水分离。
At present, people are constantly engaged in the research and development of small oil-water separator separation and design methods by means of theoretical and experimental research on many separation technologies.
