采用改良硫代巴比妥酸显色法检测了61例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者、49例健康人和41例口腔颌面部良性肿瘤患者血清脂结合唾液酸(LSA)含量。其检测结果表明,口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者血清LSA含量为237.54±63.42mg/L,明显高于健康人131.86±40.52mg/L及口腔颌面部良性肿瘤患者142.18±45.66mg/L(P<0.01)。而良性肿瘤组与健康对照组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。恶性肿瘤组有较高的阳性率(73.8%),而良性组及健康对照组阳性率均较低,分别为12.20%和8.16%。
The serum lipo-associated sialic acid (LSA) levels in 61 patients with oral and maxillofacial malignancies, 49 healthy subjects, and 41 patients with benign tumors of oral and maxillofacial regions were measured using a modified thiobarbituric acid method. The test results showed that the serum LSA level in patients with oral and maxillofacial malignancy was 237.54±63.42 mg/L, which was significantly higher than that of healthy individuals (131.86±40.52 mg/L) and patients with oral and maxillofacial benign tumors. 18±45.66 mg/L (P<0.01). There was no significant difference between benign tumor group and healthy control group (P>0.05). The malignant tumor group had a higher positive rate (73.8%), while the benign group and the healthy control group had lower positive rates, which were 12.20% and 8.16%, respectively.
