我厂现有底脚孔钻模结构有好几种,如偏心调整式、两螺钉调整式等。偏心调整式钻出来的底脚孔质量较稳定,但制造工艺较复杂。两螺钉调整式,质量不易控制,特别是 A/2容易超差。现综合两种钻模的特点,设计出一种既简单又可行的底脚孔钻模,一端用固定式定位块,一端为压紧螺杆。见图1。起到了偏心调整式同样的功能。通过计算和两年多的生产证明,能确保 A、B、A/2等尺寸公差精度。
There are several types of drilling structure in our factory, such as eccentric adjustment type and two-screw adjustment type. Eccentric adjustment drilled bottom hole quality is relatively stable, but the manufacturing process is more complex. Two-screw adjustment type, the quality is not easy to control, especially the A/2 is easily out of tolerance. The characteristics of the two types of drilling dies are combined to design a simple and feasible bottom hole drilling die with a fixed positioning block at one end and a compression screw at one end. see picture 1. Plays the same function as the eccentric adjustment type. With calculations and proof of production for more than two years, it is possible to ensure dimensional tolerances such as A, B and A/2.
