任何一个行业,客户可分为高、中、低端。低端客户其实就是穷客户,具有四大危害,任何一个公司都必须睁大眼睛认清其本质:害处一:“穷客户”是高成本客户。开发一个低端客户的时间和成本要低于一个高端客户,但是开发两个或三个低端客户时间和成本或许早已经超过了开发一个高端客户,而一个高端客户带来的收益要远远高于这几个低端客户。也就是说,低端客户的机会成本太高,成本并不“低”。害处二:“穷客户”是“杀手”客户。
