Shanghai Municipal Party Committee, Shanghai Municipal Government and Municipal Science and Education Party Committee and Municipal Board of Education attach great importance to taking effective measures to effectively reduce the burden on primary and secondary school students for extracurricular studies, to promote the healthy growth of young students’ physical and mental health, and to promote the comprehensive development of morality, wisdom, body and mind.
