1977—1982年,我组采用菌株筛选5步骤法,筛选成功花生根瘤菌C_1、C_4、F_(1-1)、5号共4个新菌株(详见《广东农业科学》1982年第3期第25—26页),这是国内首次直接从花生根瘤中获得稳定的慢生型菌株。 1979—1982年在进行新菌株全省性区域试验的同时,我们与有关单位协作,在清远、惠阳、中山等地对C_1、C_4、5号新菌株进行较大面积的应用示范和效果试验。4年来施用示范面积累计共11万多亩,初步施用效果平均增产7.53%—20.66%,每亩增产花生荚果23.7—69斤。
In 1977-1982, our group screened 5 new strains of strains of peanut rhizobia C_1, C_4, F_ (1-1) and 5 with the method of strain screening (for details, see Guangdong Agricultural Sciences, No.3, 1982 P. 25-26), which is the first time in China that a stable slow-producing strain is obtained directly from peanut nodules. From 1979 to 1982, while carrying out the new regional test of new strains, we collaborated with relevant agencies to conduct large-scale application demonstration and effect experiments on new strains C_1, C_4 and No. 5 in Qingyuan, Huiyang and Zhongshan. In the past four years, a total of more than 110,000 mu of demonstration area has been used. The initial application effect has increased by 7.53% -20.66% on average, and the output of peanut pods per mu has increased by 23.7-69 kg.
