我场是罕山天然次生林区的一个经营林场,全场总经营面积5.8万公顷,其中有林地3.1万公顷(人工林0.3万公顷)、林木总蓄积量35万立方米。林场下设鹿场、种子园、营林区、分场、苗圃、加工厂等23个基层单位,现有职工271人。近几年来,随着林业事业的发展,林场职工人数不断增多,所需资金成倍地增长,仅靠国家每年不到10万元的投资是不行的。在这种情况下,我场除了抓好原有的养鹿事业外,又因地制宜地广开生产门路扩大多种经营项目。有的多种经营项目已初步见到成效。我们的具体做法是: 1、提高认识,解放思想,调整产业结构。在改革、开放、搞活的方针指导下,使我们场逐步认识到,单一经营的路子越走越窄,只有搞多种经营在经济上才有出路,在生产上才能有保证。根据本
My Farm is a managed forest farm in natural secondary forest area of Han Shan.
