小微企业是国民经济和社会发展的重要基础,在扩大就业、改善民生、促进社会稳定等方面都具有重要的作用,小微企业多处于传统的产业链,普遍面临着成本高、利润低、产能过剩的问题,转型升级是解决问题的途径。由于小微企业自身规模、经营状况、资金等问题,企业发展受到限制,部分企业生存和发展举步维艰,所以,加快小微企业转型升级势在必行。
Small and micro enterprises play an important role in national economy and social development. They play an important role in expanding employment, improving people’s livelihood and promoting social stability. Small and micro enterprises are mostly in the traditional industrial chain and generally face the problems of high cost, low profit, The problem of overcapacity, transformation and upgrading is the way to solve the problem. As small and micro enterprises own size, operating conditions, funds and other issues, the development of enterprises is limited, some enterprises struggle for survival and development, therefore, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of small and micro enterprises is imperative.
