乡土树种的优树及其后代,生长快、出材率高、抗性强、经济价值大,但其中有许多是扦插繁殖难生根的树种。对于大量迅速发展良种,是一种限制。为了解决这一问题,我所于1983年承担山东省林业厅下达的“难生根优良树种嫩枝扦插试验”项目,以毛白杨、刺槐、楸树优良无性系作为试验对象。通过3年试验,基本模清了嫩枝扦插的技术关键,并首次将嫩枝扦插和根段育苗组成配套技术。此项技术育苗生根率高,操作容易,繁殖系数大,投资少,见效快,优于其他营养繁殖法。现总结如下。
The native tree species and their descendants, fast growth, a high yield, resistance, economic value, but many of them are difficult to rootstock cutting propagation species. For a large number of rapidly developing varieties, is a limitation. In order to solve this problem, in 1983, I undertook the project of “Softwood Cuttings Test of Fine Species with Difficult Roots” issued by Forestry Department of Shandong Province in 1983 and tested the excellent clones of Populus tomentosa, Robinia pseudoacacia and Catalpa bungei. After 3 years of experiment, the basic technology of the shoot cuttings is basically modeled, and the supporting technology of the shoot cuttings and the seedlings of the root segments is for the first time established. This technology seedling rooting rate is high, easy to operate, breeding coefficient, less investment, quick, better than other methods of vegetative propagation. Now summarized as follows.
