On August 22, 2000, the 4-day Ninth Beijing Art & Antiques Fair with a turnover of 500 million yuan ended successfully at the China World Trade Center. The transaction volume has far exceeded that of May this year Asia International Art and Antiques Exhibition (AIAA2006) and International Asia Antiques and Art Fair (AAI2006) held in Hong Kong, China. What are the hidden worries behind the continuous expansion of the scale? The magazine also tried to interpret from different angles.
