Three hundred and fifty-eight eyes of 586 eyes with SCL complications were observed. Of them, 10 eyes had corneal neovascularization in 19 eyes, accounting for 3.24% of the total, and 6 eyes in Dayi group accounting for 1.43% 7.47%, the difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). Analysis of the causes, mainly associated with corneal hypoxia after wearing SCL, trauma, inflammatory edema, immune response and SCL mismatch and other related factors, Zhou Dai group than the Dai group increased the above-mentioned factors. The use of high-quality ultra-thin lenses with high water content, wear long wear SCL wearing glasses on the day, try to shorten the time wearing glasses and so is the main measure to prevent corneal neovascularization.
