目的系统研究卵叶远志Polygalasibirica地上部分的化学成分。方法采用各种柱色谱方法进行分离,运用1H-NMR和13C-NMR等方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离、鉴定了12个化合物。分别为熊果酸(1)、2α,3β,19α-三羟基乌索-12-烯-23,28-二羧酸(2)、3β,19α-二羟基乌索-12-烯-23,28-二羧酸(3)、3β,19α-二羟基齐墩果-12-烯-23,28-二羧酸(4)、邻羟基苯甲酸(5)、间二羟基苯甲酸(6)、4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯甲醛(7)、正三十一烷(8)、正三十烷醇(9)、正十八烷酸(10)、α-十四烷酸甘油酯(11)和α-二十二烷酸甘油酯(12)。结论化合物1~4为从本属植物中首次分离得到的区别于常规远志皂苷元的三萜类化合物;其余化合物均为首次从本植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Polygalasibirica aboveground parts. Methods The compounds were separated by column chromatography. The structures of compounds were identified by 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. Results were isolated and 12 compounds were identified. (2), 3β, 19α-dihydroxysuccin-12-ene-23, ursolic acid (1), 2α, 3β, 19α-trihydroxysuccin-12-ene- Dihydroxyolean-12-ene-23,28-dicarboxylic acid (4), o-hydroxybenzoic acid (5), m-dihydroxybenzoic acid (6) , 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde (7), n-undecane (8), n-triacontanol (9), n-octadecanoic acid The alkanoic acid glycerides (11) and alpha-behenic acid glycerides (12). Conclusion Compounds 1 to 4 are the triterpenoids isolated from the genus Polygalaceae for the first time. The remaining compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
