在所有有机和无机聚合物材料工业产品中,室温硫化硅橡胶是集成电路元件中防潮和防机械损伤最有效的密封胶。本文叙述了室温硫化硅橡胶的一般概念及其工业制备方法和固化机理。用掺入杂环聚醚作为杂质离子接受体,以固定杂质离子Na~+、K~+、Cl~-而改进室温硫化硅橡胶的电性能。看来,在电子工业中采用杂质离子接受体以防止杂质离子的迁移是有应用潜力的。
Among all organic and inorganic polymer materials, RTV silicone rubber is the most effective sealant for moisture and mechanical damage in integrated circuit components. This article describes the general concept of RTV silicone rubber and its industrial preparation methods and curing mechanism. With the incorporation of heterocyclic polyether as an impurity ion acceptor to improve the electrical properties of RTV silicone rubber by immobilizing Na ~ +, K ~ + and Cl ~ - ions. It appears that there is potential for using impurity ion acceptors in the electronics industry to prevent the migration of impurity ions.
