文章针对幼儿自主活动引导现状展开研究,并总结出教师在引导环节中出现的问题。以此为背景重点论述提升幼儿自主活动引导的有效措施,对活动场地选择以及教师个人素质等方面进行讨论,帮助提升幼儿园的办学能力,为幼儿提供健康成长的学习环境。
This paper studies the current situation of children’s autonomous activities and summarizes the problems that teachers appear in the guidance process. On the basis of this, we will focus on the effective measures to promote the guidance of children’s autonomous activities, discuss the selection of venues and the personal qualities of teachers so as to enhance the educational ability of kindergartens and provide a healthy learning environment for young children.
