本文概述了内蒙古自治区三十多年来水利建设的主要成就及所获得的效益,指出了存在的主要问题和今后发展的方向。特别强调了必须继续大办水利;合理利用与保护水资源,以及通过合理用水,有利于土壤盐渍化的改良;水利建设要为整个国民经济服务,并指出了水利资源开发利用的重点地区,如河套平原、西辽河流域、嫩江右岸地区等。
This article summarizes the main achievements and benefits of water conservancy construction in Inner Mongolia for more than thirty years, points out the main problems and the direction of future development. In particular, water conservancy must be continued; the rational use and protection of water resources and the rational use of water should be conducive to the improvement of soil salinization; water conservancy construction should serve the entire national economy and pointed out the key areas for the development and utilization of water resources, Such as Hetao plain, West Liaohe River, Nenjiang right bank area.
