我校是个建校五十多年的老校,具有十五年以上教龄的教师约占五分之三。经过无产阶级文化大革命,教师对改造世界观的要求非常迫切,曾主动提出工人和教师定期轮换的建议,我们经过研究,并且得到了驻校工宣队员所在工厂的积极支持,从一九六八年底起,先后和色织九厂、合成洗涤剂厂建立关系,由学校组织教师分批到工厂当工人;工厂选派阶级斗争、路线斗争觉悟较高,有丰富实践经验的工人到学校担任教师。
Our school is an old school that has been established for more than 50 years. Teachers with more than 15 years of teaching experience account for about three-fifths. After the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution, teachers were very urgent in revising the world outlook. They had taken the initiative to put forward proposals for the regular rotation of workers and teachers. We had studied and received active support from the school’s employees’ factories at the end of 1968. Since then, it has successively established relationships with the Yarn Yarn Factory and the Synthetic Detergent Factory. The school organizes teachers in batches to work as workers in the factory. The factory has selected class struggles and has a higher awareness of route struggles.
