案例介绍近日,本所律师接到上海一家集团公司有关土地资产处置的案例:作为国有资产授权经营单位,集团公司按照政府有关文件分期分批对下属子公司的房地产进行了清理和整顿,最主要的措施是将原由下属子公司占有使用的土地使用权和房屋全部统一由集团公司作为权利人行使相关权利。但是在实施过程中,由于具体情况的复杂,集团公司和上海市房屋土地资源管理局首先签署了《国有土地使用权出让合同》,在该合同中约定了上海市房屋土地资源管理局以现状条件出让该集团公司所属企业(单位)使用的土地近百幅,面积总计近百万平方米。在签署合同后,集团公司本应立即将转让土地的相关权证变更登记至其本身名下,以从法律上确定
