通过金相观察、透射电镜分析以及拉伸测试研究了不同冷轧变形量下Ti-24Nb-4Zr-7.9Sn合金板的微观组织和力学性能。金相观察表明,该合金冷轧板随变形量增加晶粒显著细化。透射组织以及对应的选区电子衍射结果证明了该合金冷轧状态下应力诱发马氏体的存在。拉伸测试结果表明随着变形量的增加,屈服强度和抗拉强度都逐渐提高,杨氏模量几乎不受影响。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-24Nb-4Zr-7.9Sn alloy plate under different cold rolling deformations were investigated by metallographic observation, transmission electron microscopy and tensile testing. Metallographic observation shows that the alloy cold-rolled plate with grain deformation increased significantly refined. Transmission tissue and the corresponding selected area electron diffraction results demonstrate the existence of stress-induced martensite in the cold-rolled state of the alloy. Tensile test results show that as the amount of deformation increases, yield strength and tensile strength are gradually increased, Young’s modulus is almost unaffected.
