目前国内的啤酒市场竞争异常激烈,尤其是中小型企业、区域性品牌的竞争到了非常惨烈的程度。许多地方品牌短期内快速发展却在更短的时间内急剧衰落,成为啤酒界的普遍问题。而作为“快速消费品”啤酒的生产企业要想从区域性品牌走向全国市场扩张更非轻而易举之事。
