我所用解放牌汽车底盘,按“河北长途轿”外型改装了一台工程机械电测车(见图1)。它用于工程机械强度和性能现场试验,包括载荷谱样本函数的测定。在电测车的仪表柜上,装置了动态、静态电阻应变仪,光线示波器,磁带记录器等测量仪表。动态能同时测量30个以上的应力或其它参数,静态能同时测定40~60点的应力。如配置专用的传感器,尚可完成力、力矩、流量、位移、速度、加速度等参数的测量工作。在该电测车上还装有引线杆、移动式汽油发电机组、车用空气调节器、排风扇、遥测遥讯天线、信号分线盘,检测板和收、对、扩三
I used the liberation car chassis, according to “Hebei long-distance car” appearance modified a construction machinery electric test car (see Figure 1). It is used for on-site testing of mechanical strength and performance, including the determination of the load spectrum sample function.
