多效唑(简称MET)是80年代新开发的一种生长延缓剂,经多年试验,已肯定其在水稻、大豆、柑桔和花卉等植物上的应用效果。为了探讨多效唑对小麦生长发育的调控效应,我们于1987年11月至1988年5月进行了初步试验,现将结果报道如下: 材料和方法供试品种为绵阳11号,供试药剂为多效唑14%粉剂。苗期试验采用50毫升烧怀,装土60克,内含尿素0.05克,灌水20毫升,播萌动种子1粒。二叶一心时喷施多效唑溶液,浓度为0、100、200和300ppm,每处理15杯,共喷药液50毫升,五叶一心时收获考苗。
Paclobutrazol (MET), a newly developed growth retardant in the 1980s, has been validated for many years in plants such as rice, soybeans, citrus and flowers. In order to investigate the regulatory effect of paclobutrazol on the growth and development of wheat, we carried out preliminary tests from November 1987 to May 1988.
