采用总体幸福感量表和价值观量表,考察体育专业和非体育专业大学生主观幸福感与价值观的关系。结果表明:1)体育专业和非体育专业大学生在价值观3个维度上的得分均存在显著差异;在社会目标和个人目标上,体育专业大学生得分低于非体育专业大学生,而行为方式上,体育专业大学生得分高于非体育专业大学生;2)体育专业大学生主观幸福感的总分显著高于非体育专业大学生;在“对健康的担心”上,体育专业大学生得分显著高于非体育专业大学生得分。3)相关分析发现,体育专业大学生的价值观和主观幸福感的大多数维度都有显著相关。
The overall happiness scale and value scale were used to examine the relationship between subjective well-being and values of PE majors and non-PE majors. The results show that: 1) There is a significant difference in scores among PE major and non-PE majors in the three dimensions of values; on social goals and personal goals, PE majors score lower than non-majors, but their behaviors, sports The score of professional college students is higher than that of non-major majors; (2) The score of subjective well-being of college students majoring in physical education is significantly higher than that of non-major majors; the score of college students majoring in physical education is significantly higher than that of non-major majors College student score. 3) The correlation analysis shows that most of the dimensions of PE major college students’ values and subjective well-being are significantly related.
