本实验将41只家兔随机分为:脾切除组(n=21)和对照组(n=20),在术前及术后15~50天对两组动物外周血红细胞数及其形态结构(如平均红细胞表面面积、棘红细胞、Howell-Jolly氏体红细胞数等)进行了动态观察。结果发现脾切除后家兔平均红细胞表面面积,网织红细胞、棘红细胞及Howell-Jolly氏体红细胞数显著增加,说明脾脏对红细胞的正常形态结构具有重要功能,它包括脾脏对红细胞的“表面再塑形”,“去核”和“副除”等作用。脾切除后红细胞形态结构出现的一系列改变对机体将产生何种影响,还有待进一步研究。
In this experiment, 41 rabbits were randomly divided into splenectomy group (n = 21) and control group (n = 20). The number of red blood cells in peripheral blood and morphological structure (Such as the average surface area of red blood cells, erythrocytes, Howell-Jolly number of red blood cells, etc.) were observed.
