随着我国进入改革发展的重要时期,特别是在当前市场经济体制不断完善的阶段,油田企业要继续深化内部改革,转换经营机制,使自身能够成为自负盈亏、自我约束以及自我发展的商品生产者与经营者。随着当前各方经济利益的调整,经济成份多元化的迅猛发展,人们的思想观念也处于深刻变化之中,这些因素必然会带给油田企业政工工作带来许多新的问题。本文正是基于此,就如何合理开展政工工作,促进企业凝聚力的提升展开了探讨。
