In the management of modern hospitals, the correct evaluation of the various tasks in clinical departments often requires comprehensive examinations on a variety of factors. The factors involved are extremely complex and difficult to handle. In the past, the assessment of clinical departments was mainly based on qualitative indicators and made descriptive evaluations.
