针对目前大量元素水溶肥料利用率不够高以及水不溶物含量偏高的现状,介绍大量元素水溶肥料研发过程中遇到的问题及解决措施,包括优化肥料增效剂、原材料配方以及制备工艺条件,制备的大量元素水溶肥料产品的质量符合国家行业标准要求,其中水不溶物质量分数低于0.5%。肥料田间试验证明,肥料的利用率高,在施用量减量20%的情况下,作物的产量还略有提高。
In view of the present situation that the utilization rate of water soluble fertilizers is not high enough and the water insoluble content is high at present, the problems encountered in the process of research and development of water soluble fertilizers for large amount of elements are introduced, including the optimization of fertilizer synergists, raw material formulations and preparation process conditions, The prepared mass water-soluble fertilizers product quality in line with national industry standards, including water-insoluble mass fraction of less than 0.5%. Fertilizer field trials have shown that fertilizer utilization is high, with a slight increase in crop yields with a 20% reduction in application rates.
