楔子水是生命的摇篮,是人类和一切生物赖以生存、社会经济发展不可缺少和不可替代的重要自然资源。新中国成立后,我省开展了大规模的水利建设,取得了巨大成就。全省开发利用的水资源量近200亿立方米,为社会经济发展起了保障作用。但是,随着我省人口的增长和经济的发展,用水量急剧增长,水污染日趋严重,加上不合理的开发利用,使我省面临日益严重的水资源短缺,也威胁着水资源的持续开发利用。
Water is the cradle of life, an important natural resource that human beings and all living things depend on and that are indispensable and irreplaceable to social and economic development. After the founding of new China, our province launched a large-scale water conservancy construction and achieved great success. The province’s water resources development and utilization of nearly 20 billion cubic meters, played a protective role for social and economic development. However, with the population growth and economic development in our province, the rapid increase of water consumption, the worsening of water pollution and the unreasonable exploitation and utilization of our province are facing a serious shortage of water resources and a threat to the sustainability of water resources develop and use.
