用电镜分析了快凝 Al- 4Cr- 4Zr- 2 Fe合金的时效组织 ,测定了其相应的显微硬度 ,表明 :合金在 40 0℃时效 6 h后 ,其硬度达到峰值 2 13HV,此时的析出相为 L12 - Al3Zr和 Al4(Cr,Fe)。时效时间过长会因析出相粗化导致硬度下降。
The microstructure and microstructure of Al-4Cr-4Zr-2Fe alloy were investigated by electron microscopy. The hardness of the alloy was measured at 6 h after aging at 40 ℃. The hardness of the alloy reached 21HV The precipitated phases are L12 - Al3Zr and Al4 (Cr, Fe). The aging time is too long due to precipitated phase coarsening lead to hardness decline.
