蜂皇浆(下称皇浆)是营养滋补品蜂乳制剂的重要原料。在皇浆的收购季节里,严格控制皇浆的收购质量,快速鉴别皇浆的优劣、真伪及掺伪品,这对保证蜂乳制剂的信誉和产品质量,十分重要。为了对销售的皇浆在极短的时间内作出准确判断,本厂作如下质量控制。一、外观检查1.看:在48小时内销售的皇浆,应为乳白色或淡黄色的半透明浆状半流体。如发现皇浆表面有少量气泡,或颜色较浅,则说明本品距采浆时间已久或保管不善,细菌繁殖发酵。同时还要取容器内皇浆少许观察,看是否混有幼虫,颗粒状蜡片及其它异物。
