组织细胞学涂片是介于组织切片和脱落细胞学涂片之间的一种诊断方法。最早由Dudgeon 1927年创用,当时称为“湿膜”检查法,近年来细胞学的进展较快,但对脑组织快速涂片代替冰冻切片做术中快速诊断。目前国内尚未见报道,现将我院40例脑病变快速涂片、冰冻切片、石蜡切片诊断结果对照分析如下:材料来源与方法40例均为脑外科住院病人,男性27例、女性13例,年龄最小者6岁,最大者56岁,经手术取出新鲜标本,分别做快速涂片、冰
Tissue cytology smears are a diagnostic method between tissue sections and exfoliated cytology smears. Originally created by Dudgeon in 1927, it was called the “wet membrane” test. Cytology has progressed rapidly in recent years, but a rapid intraoperative diagnosis of rapid smear of brain tissue instead of frozen section was made.
