本文选择我国沪、深A股并在2010年12月31日以前上市的制造业公司为研究样本,实证研究了制造业高管团队异质性对企业绩效的影响。结果表明:对于我国制造业公司而言,高管团队任期异质性与职业背景异质性都对企业绩效产生显著的负向影响;高管团队教育专业异质性对企业绩效产生显著的正向影响;而高管团队年龄异质性与高管团队教育水平异质性对企业绩效无显著影响;同时结合研究结论对我国制造业上市公司建立稳定高效的高管团队提出实践启示。
This paper chooses the manufacturing companies listed in China’s Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares and listed before December 31, 2010 as the research sample to empirically study the impact of the heterogeneity of manufacturing executives on the firm’s performance. The results show that for the manufacturing companies in China, the heterogeneity of tenure and the heterogeneity of the professional background of the executive team have a significant negative impact on the corporate performance; the heterogeneity of the executive team of the executive team has a significant positive effect on firm performance While the heterogeneity of senior management team’s age and the heterogeneity of senior management team’s education level have no significant effect on the firm’s performance. At the same time, this paper puts forward practical enlightenment to the establishment of stable and efficient senior management team of listed manufacturing companies in our country.
