目的:观察自制创愈烧伤膏的初步药效学。方法:在新西兰兔背部,用200℃蓖麻油装置,10s建立体表面积10%的深Ⅱ度烧伤模型,分为空白组,阴性对照组(基质),阳性对照组(京万红软膏),创愈烧伤膏高、中、低剂量组;给药24d,每天观察记录损伤皮肤破损情况、损伤部位感染情况、结(脱)痂情况、损伤部位愈合情况等,计算脱痂率和愈合率进行比较分析;建立模型观察创愈烧伤膏的刺激性。结果:创愈烧伤膏治疗过程中感染机率小,创面结痂快,伤口愈合快,连续给药24d,愈合率达95%以上,与阴性对照组(75.4%)及阳性对照组(87.2%)比较,差异均有显著性。刺激性评价:总得分小于0.5。结论:创愈烧伤膏对深Ⅱ度烧伤的治疗作用显著,无刺激性,外用安全。
Objective: To observe the preliminary pharmacodynamics of homemade Chuyu burn cream.
