“荷花茶”系含苞待放的荷花花蕾烘干制品。本文对其内含物成分进行了生化分析,结果表明:“荷花茶”蛋白质中除蛋氨酸和胱氨酸的氨基酸比值系数较小,其余必需氨基酸比值系数与FAO/WHO模式相近;总糖、单宁是构成“荷花茶”可溶性成分的主体物质;“荷花茶”含有钾、钙、磷、镁等矿质元素,其中钾元素含量高达1.19%,且黄酮甙、维生素C含量亦较丰富。由此认为“荷花茶”产品具有广阔的开发应用发展前景。
