目的了解高职新生入学后的适应问题,探讨心理健康教育和心理干预对策。方法应用中国大学生适应量表对1017名沈阳医学院高职新生进行问卷调查。结果女生在总分及学习、择业、校园生活、自我适应方面低于常模,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);女生总体适应能力低于男生,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);非独生子女人际关系适应能力低于独生子女,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);农村生源大学生人际关系适应能力低于城镇生源大学生,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论我们应充分考虑上述各群体存在的具体问题,有针对性地开展心理健康教育与心理干预。
Objective To understand the adaptability of postgraduates of higher vocational education after admission, and to explore the countermeasures of psychological health education and psychological intervention. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1,017 freshmen of Shenyang Medical College using the Chinese College Students’ Adaptation Scale. Results Female students were lower than the norm in total score and study, career choice, campus life and self-adaptation, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The overall adaptability of girls was lower than that of boys, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The interpersonal adaptive ability of non-only children was lower than that of only children, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The interpersonal adaptability of rural students was lower than that of urban students (P <0.05) ). Conclusion We should give full consideration to the specific problems existing in the above groups and carry out psychological health education and psychological intervention in a targeted manner.
