热成像测量技术是一种非接触式的检测手段,通过结合新型科技技术,利用红外线成热原理,反映出设备结构内的温度与运行状态,可以远程操作检查锅炉内部或外部的设备情况,从而达到预防安全事故发生,确保仪器正常使用等目的。同时利用热成像测量技术能使工作人员及时了解实际的仪器运行温度等工作参数,进而进行适当调整,实现节能环保。本文就热成像测量技术在锅炉检验中的相关应用进行探讨。
