由于胺类化合物与异氰酸根的强烈反应活性,在以二胺作扩链剂合成聚脲氨脂(PEUU)材料时多采用溶液两步法。但此方法周期长,受溶剂中水影响大,不易控制,尤其在夏天高温高湿季节,成功率很低。本文扼要叙述一种先本体后溶剂的新合成方法,此方法操作简便,容易控制,并对合成结果分别用红外光谱(IR)、宽角X射线衍射(WAXD)、小角X射线散射(SAXS),热机械分析(TMA)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等技术对合成样品进行了表征。
Due to the strong reactivity of amines and isocyanates, a two-step solution method is often used in the synthesis of polyureaurethane (PEUU) materials using diamines as chain extenders. However, this method has a long cycle and is greatly influenced by the water in the solvent and is not easy to control. Especially in the hot and humid summer season, the success rate is very low. This article briefly describes a new method for the synthesis of a solvent followed by an in situ bulk reaction. The method is simple and easy to control. The results were characterized by IR, WAXD, SAXS, , Thermomechanical analysis (TMA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and other techniques for the synthesis of samples were characterized.
