为研究舰载环境温度对固体发动机药柱的影响,对某舰载导弹上、下层发射贮运箱内环境温度进行了监测,应用三维热黏弹性有限元分析方法,计算了固体发动机药柱在实测温度载荷下的温度场和应力场。应用线性累积损伤模型,计算了舰载环境温度载荷作用下药柱的累积损伤。结果表明,药柱星尖处应力最大,所造成的累积损伤最大;上、下层贮运箱内发动机药柱由热应力造成的累积损伤相差不大。
In order to study the influence of ship-borne ambient temperature on the grain of solid engine, the ambient temperature in the upper and lower emission storage tanks of a ship-borne missile was monitored.
