随着经济社会的发展,人们逐步意识到河湖“生态、景观、休闲、旅游”等功能的重要性,更加向往“生态自然、人水亲和、景观优美”的河湖环境。蚌埠市非常注重生态景观河湖的建设。结合蚌埠市河湖实际,综合水生态文明的理念和近年河湖治理经验,对生态景观河湖的治理理论进行了研究分析,根据蚌埠市河湖现状提出生态河湖规划治理方案和配套政策,以期对蚌埠及其它地市生态景观河湖的治理有所借鉴。
With the development of economy and society, people are gradually realizing the importance of river and lake functions such as “ecology, landscape, recreation and tourism” and are more yearning for the “rivers and lakes environment of ecological nature, water affinity and beautiful landscape” . Bengbu attaches great importance to the ecological landscape of the construction of rivers and lakes. According to the actual situation of rivers and lakes in Bengbu, the concept of integrated aquatic civilization and the experiences of river and lake management in recent years, the paper studies and analyzes the management theories of river and lake of ecological landscape.
