选用14个随机引物对中华鳖基因组DNA进行了随机扩增DNA片段多态性(RAPD)分析.14个引物,在8个待检样品中共扩增出714条清晰的DNA片段,片段大小在200~3 000 bp之间,平均每一引物在每个样品中扩增了6.0条带.统计结果表明,中华鳖群体内平均相似率0.857,总平均带纹频率0.773,遗传变异率为0.227.研究表明,中华鳖为遗传共享度较高的群体.
Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) analysis was used to analyze the genomic DNA of Trionyx sinensis using 14 random primers. A total of 714 clear DNA fragments were amplified from the 8 samples tested with 14 primers. The fragment size was 200 ~ 3 000 bp, with an average of 6.0 bands per primer.Results show that the average similarity rate of 0.877, the average average banding frequency of 0.773 and the genetic mutation rate of 0.227 in the population of Chinese soft-shelled turtle population are 0.227 Show, soft-shelled turtle genetic higher degree of sharing groups.
