近年来,河南省三门峡市湖滨区人民法院在搞好审判执行工作的同时,充分发挥司法工作服务社会功能,积极创新社会管理,改革审判服务社会的方式,大力开展“流动服务进网格”活动,受到了群众的拥护和好评。首先,组建立体化的法官网格服务团队。一是以网格为单位,对本单位的法官进行整合,组建了以青年法官为基础的法官网格服务队,到农村和社区为开展“网格管理服务”提供基础性力量。二是每一个社区配备一名法官作为社区的法律顾问,定期进入社区为社区居民提供法律服务。
