目的:制备姜黄素脂质立方液晶纳米粒,并对其主要理化性质进行评价。方法:采用热处理高压匀质法进行制备,以载药量和包封率为指标,采用均匀设计法对处方和工艺进行优化,并考察其理化性质。结果:制得的液晶纳米粒在电镜下呈类球形,平均粒径176.1 nm,zeta电位-25.19 mV,平均载药量(1.5±0.2)%,包封率(95±1.8)%,36 h体外释放60.0%,释放方程为ln(1-Q)=-0.0251t-0.0075。结论:姜黄素脂质立方液晶纳米粒具有较高的包封率和良好的缓释作用。
Objective: To prepare curcumin lipid cubic liquid crystal nanoparticles and evaluate its main physical and chemical properties. Methods: Heat treatment was used to prepare high pressure homogenization method. Drug load and entrapment efficiency were taken as indices. The uniform design method was used to optimize prescription and process, and physical and chemical properties were also investigated. Results: The as-prepared liquid crystal nanoparticles showed a spherical shape under electron microscope with an average particle size of 176.1 nm, zeta potential of -25.19 mV, average drug loading (1.5 ± 0.2)%, entrapment efficiency (95 ± 1.8)% and 36 h In vitro release of 60.0%, the release equation for ln (1-Q) = - 0.0251t-0.0075. CONCLUSION: Curcumin lipid cubic liquid crystal nanoparticles have higher entrapment efficiency and good sustained release effect.
