胃癌腹膜转移是影响患者预后的重要因素,是导致胃癌复发和转移,导致患者死亡的主要原因之一,其术前早期诊断及防治均比较困难。本文就胃癌腹膜转移的诊断及防治的研究现状和进展做一综述。
Peritoneal metastasis of gastric cancer is an important factor affecting the prognosis of patients, which is one of the main causes leading to the recurrence and metastasis of gastric cancer and leading to the death of patients. Early diagnosis and prevention of gastric cancer are more difficult. This review summarizes the research status and progress of the diagnosis and prevention and treatment of peritoneal metastasis of gastric cancer.
