平面镜的双面精磨是利用旧机床实现高效精磨的一种新方法。过去,我们对φ46~105毫米的圆形平面镜进行过试验,平行差可达30″,效果良好,已用于生产。但是,对于平行差小于30″的大尺寸平面镜(特别是非圆形平面镜)能否采用双面精磨呢?为此,我们进行了多次试验,取得了一些经验,也成功地投入了生产。我们试件为非圆形平面镜,对角线最大尺寸为210毫米,平行差要求为15″。以前用古典法精磨这种零件,一盘只能胶一个零件,磨好一面翻胶再磨第二面,在磨第二面时还要用手压平行。一个有经验的师傅,一次最多也只能看两个轴,一天最多出6~7块零件。改用双面精磨后,一个轴一次可磨4
