计划生育是我国的基本国策,已列入宪法。要使全国人口到2,000年时控制在12亿以内,并且使节育者对计划生有手术有安全感,任务极为艰巨。因此,医务人员不仅肩负重任,而且对节育技术更要精益求精。计划生育手术开展已久,每年约有3,300万例手术,在大数量的手术中,万一疏漏,难免发生一些常见或罕见的并发症,其中有些是年轻医务人员未熟练掌握常规操作技术所致,也有些是有多年经验的医务人员遇到特殊困难而引起的。本刊举办这次讲座的目的,是想从过去工作中总结一些好的经验,帮助基层医务人员熟悉计划生育操作技术的重点,预防及避免手术或服药的并发症,并提示在发生并发症时怎样及时诊断和治疗,使节育者能迅速恢复健康,保证计划生育工作的安全与顺利开展,并希望通过实践,培养出一支对开展计划生育工作具有丰富经验的技术队伍。本讲座从计划生育技术工作的实际出发,就男性绝育术、口服避孕药、宫内节育器、女性绝育术以及人工流产作专题讲述,希能对基层医务人员进行计划生育技术工作有所裨益。
Family planning is China’s basic national policy and has been included in the constitution. It is an arduous task to keep the entire population within 2,000,000,000 when it reaches 2,000 by the year and to give birth controlrs a sense of safety in their planned family planning. Therefore, medical staff not only shoulder the heavy responsibility, but also to keep improving the technology of birth control. There are about 33 million surgeries of family planning operations each year. In a large number of operations, some common or rare complications are inevitable. Some of them are due to the fact that young medical staff are not familiar with routine operation techniques , But also some medical personnel with many years of experience encountered special difficulties. The purpose of holding this lecture is to summarize some good experiences from past work, to help grassroots medical personnel familiarize themselves with the focus of family planning operation techniques, to prevent and avoid the complications of surgery or medication, and to suggest that in the event of complications How timely diagnosis and treatment enable the birth control person to quickly recover their health and ensure the safety and smooth development of family planning work and hope that through practice, a technical team with rich experience in carrying out family planning work will be cultivated. Based on the actual work of family planning technology, this lecture narrates male sterilization, oral contraceptives, intrauterine devices, female sterilization and induced abortion. It is hoped that this seminar will be of great help to grassroots medical personnel in their family planning work.
