目的:旨在对我国近5年来关于大黄对脑卒中炎性因子抑制作用及其脑保护效应的概况作一综述,反映这一专题的最新研究进展,为临床和科研提供参考依据。方法:查阅近5年来的相关文献,着重对该味中药的药理研究及临床应用两方面进行归纳总结。结果:使读者对近5年来大黄对脑卒中炎性因子抑制作用及其脑保护效应的研究现状一目了然。结论:中药大黄对脑卒中炎性因子的抑制作用及其脑保护效应是肯定的;但在大黄的使用时间、剂型剂量等方面仍缺乏统一的量化标准,有待进一步探讨、研究和总结。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the general situation of the inhibitory effect of rhubarb on stroke inflammatory factor and its protective effect in the past five years in our country, and to reflect the latest research progress on this topic and provide a reference for clinical and scientific research. Methods: To review the related literatures in the past 5 years and focus on the pharmacological research and clinical application of this herbal medicine. Results: The readers of the past 5 years of rhubarb on stroke inflammatory cytokines and brain protective effect of the status quo at a glance. Conclusion: The inhibitory effect of rhubarb on stroke inflammatory factor and the protective effect of the brain are affirmed. However, there are still a lack of uniform quantitative criteria for the usage of rhubarb and the dose of rhubarb, which needs to be further explored, studied and summarized.
